The designs were inconsistent & lacked some important features, lack of uniformity in buttons, & icons. Additionally, the website visual design was not following trend.

Parents want to give their children the best education by enrolling them in an after school lessons. GATE Academy is an online platform for K-12 tutor- matching and e-learning, to connect students with proficient tutors in various subjects. Embedded with tools and resources to aid teaching such as e-library, hybrid functionality, digital classroom, class scheduling, and so on.

After conducting analysis on the target audience. I created empathy maps & personas to understand the user pain points and needs, which provided insights and guide on the design decisions.
Changes made;
Landing page gave a new feel and follows trend
Consistent CTAs
Added more information to make the website more engaging ( Company’s data & Reviews )
Made use of icons & illustration for good visual appearance.

The feedback we received from parents & tutors was extremely positive, they were able to easily navigate through the website in no time.

Inconsistencies and missing crucial elements plagued the designs, with uneven buttons and icons. Moreover, the site's visual appearance failed to adhere to current trends.
Solution
Revamp the site for enhanced user experience, featuring uniform design aspects and notable calls-to-action. Display the school's statistics and testimonials to persuade potential enrollees for their children.

Enriching the site with added details (company data and reviews);
Incorporating icons and illustrations for an appealing visual presentation.

Parents and tutors shared highly favorable reviews, as they effortlessly browsed the website and found their way quickly.
